Here’s a special invitation to you and your favorite softball players, ages 7 to 18, to join us for Winter and Spring Skills Training – the off-season program from the Dodgers Training Academy to help you build your hitting, fielding and agility skills for the season ahead.
Each session is led by our top-notch staff of all-female instructors, and runs for 90 minutes on four Mondays in our Redondo Beach facility, with several possible starting dates for your convenience. The classes are age-grouped and progression-based, building on what you learned in the previous class.
All Skills Training classes are offered at our Redondo Beach location; we are working on bringing them to Redondo Beach and Oahu as well.

This module is geared toward the athlete that wants to make a BIG impact. All athletes have power potential–they just don’t know how to capitalize on it. Power Hitting U will help take advantage of the strength they have, teaching the proper techniques to maximize body efficiency. Players will know what it takes to go the distance.
This module is geared toward players who want to lay it all out for a championship. The player that wants to make 100% of routine plays AND make SportsCenter top 10! The goal of our fielding program is to provide a weekly workout that will help players gain confidence in their defensive game. High reps will help players build muscle memory so they can play freely and without hesitation. Agility drills mixed in to each workout will improve footwork and increase range.
Our team has designed a series of drills and exercises to help improve quickness and agility – critical skills for any softball player who needs to develop the footwork, “jump” and anticipation needed to excel in the field and on the basepaths.
