who we are:

Dodgers Training Academy brings high quality baseball & softball instruction to youth athletes through a unique and impactful experience. Founded by former professional players, we exist to close the gap between potential and performance. We make high-quality training and development accessible to athletes at every level. Our facility and programs are built on a simple belief: baseball and softball are best taught by those who’ve lived it at the highest levels. Every instructor on our staff has competed in collegiate and/or professional baseball and softball, combining technical mastery and real-world experience to their teaching styles. We’ve created a developmental environment rooted in the Dodgers tradition of excellence. Athletes are challenged to grow, accepting the uncomfortable feelings of change while being supported every step of the way. Our customized core development programs meet athletes where they are currently at and provide clear pathways to progress in the facility, on the field and in their everyday journey in life.

We are honored and humbled to be a partner of Major League Baseball. The long-term partnership is designed to support and expand existing youth baseball & softball ecosystems around the country. We promote the growth of the game by expanding access through high-quality youth baseball and softball training & development & the resourcing of local leagues, orgs and clubs. We get to impact players of all ages, skill & ability levels and all socioeconomic backgrounds.

The partnership is creating significant opportunities for all participating personas in the both the youth & high school baseball & softball ecosystems.
