SKILLS TRAINING

Whether you are working on hitting, fielding, throwing, base-running or pitching, you have to fine-tune your skills so that you get in the habit of doing the right things over and over again. And that’s where our skills training classes come in. They are high-energy, fast-paced, and rep-intensive. They are held in small groups (a 1:6 instructor-to-student ratio) so you get the individual attention and direct instruction you need to make the necessary adjustments that result in real progress.

We offer Pre-Season Training Camps for the younger groups, and Skill-Specific Classes for the older ones.

Our multi-week progressive pitching program is designed to emphasize proper pitching mechanics and a solid throwing program to improve pitching efficiency. Players will go through a series of drills breaking down the mechanics (windup/stretch), PFP (pitchers fielding practice), proper throwing progression, core /shoulder work, pickoffs, breaking balls, and improving the mental approach to the position. With a low 6:1 player-coach ratio, each player gets individualized quality instruction in a small-group atmosphere.
